LORETTO, Pa. (WJAC) — Federal Bureau of Prisons records reveal that former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort is now being housed at FCI Loretto in Cambria County. JEFFERSON CO, Pa (WJAC) — Police in Jefferson County say a Brookville man has been arrested, accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl, according to a criminal complaint. Authorities say 20-year-old Matthew Birch faces charges of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors, according to court documents. Investigators say on Feb. 18, police were contacted about a Childline report for a female who was possibly sexually assaulted.
