PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WJLA) — Traffic was backed up on a busy highway near Washington, D.C. after a helicopter fell off a semi that was transporting it to a new location. A privately-owned helicopter that was being hauled along I-495 slipped off the transport vehicle as it traveled down the road, briefly closing a merge lane and shoulder. A spokesperson with Prince George's County Fire Department said no units were dispatched.

When deputies arrived at the scene, the toddler was located but later pronounced dead. Cameron County, PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Cameron County have charged an Emporium man after he allegedly pulled a gun on another individual during an altercation at the scene of a crash earlier this week.
