Family displaced, one injured in Susquehanna Hotel fire

NORTHERN CAMBRIA - A family of four is displaced after a fire ripped through a building in Cambria County Sunday night.

Fire crews said two adults and two children live inside of the building. One man was transported to the hospital to be treated for burns.

The fire happened at the Susquehanna Hotel on Shawna Road in Northern Cambria around 10:30 p.m.

The fire fully engulfed the building, and firefighters eventually had to evacuate the building due to the flames.

Route 219 was closed for a period of time but was reopened later on in the night.

A state fire marshal has been contacted to investigate the cause of the fire.
